Exceptionally comfortable hotel with good facilities and affable employees at the reception desk. Great and good meals. Free parking under ground provided.

Comfortable hotel room with good air conditioning. The room had a window that could be slightly opened to enjoy fresh air. Despite some minor issues with the bathroom and shower, overall I enjoyed my stay at Pine Tree Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant experience. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel has easy access to the heart of the town and surrounding areas, including a nearby grocery shop, a mall reachable by grab, and is just opposite a Malay mosque. the room is well maintained with spaciousness and offers great views of the area. the service is prompt and the breakfast is satisfying with a selection of local dishes. the hotel offers amenities such as a basement car park and a standing shower.

The in-room safe deposit box has some issues.

Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in their basic amenities. The location is perfect, right in the town center along the main highway. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms on the lower floors are in good condition and have comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. I especially appreciated the armchair in the room, which added a nice touch.

Got free breakfast and parking! Near many restaurants and shops. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The air conditioning was not working well and the room was too hot. Went to shower but the water was either too hot or too cold no in-between.
